Senior Success Program (SSP)
+Due to federal regulations, a $10 donation is required to participate in this program.
The Senior Success Program is designed to assist aging adults 60 years+ reach their goals, overcome their barriers, and gain unconditional support. The SSP program will assist in navigating health care needs, rejoining the community, gaining additional self sufficiency.

Ocean Allies Resource Center
OARC is a program offering non-clinical care management & supports to seniors ,60 years old +, residing in Ocean County, who have been impacted or experienced hardship due to COVID19 pandemic. This is a community-based program providing support, resources, referrals, & system navigation. OARC assists participants to develop a plan of care, and providing information, referrals, & linkages. OARC encourages self-empowerment & self-sufficiency. OARC provides services in English & Spanish and are provided Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm. Saturdays by appointment.
